2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit, the web server processes technically required data (IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser identifier) to deliver the website and ensure security. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.
3. Contact, booking, training, application and waitlist forms
When you use a form, we process the details you enter to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering requests).
The details are stored on our server outside the publicly accessible area and sent to us by email. Stored form data is deleted automatically after 180 days unless a contractual relationship arises or statutory retention obligations apply.
To prevent abuse we store, for a maximum of 24 hours, a non-reversible hash of your IP address created with a secret key (rate limiting). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Applications to the expert network are reviewed exclusively by people. There is no automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
4. Consent management
We store your decision on optional analytics in your browser's local storage (key “aai_consent”). This is strictly necessary to provide the service you requested (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in the cookie settings.
5. Google Analytics 4
Only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG) do we use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The analytics script is not loaded before you consent. We use Google Consent Mode v2; advertising and personalisation features and Google Signals are disabled.
We record page views and events such as successfully submitting a form or changing the language. Form contents, documents or assessment data are not sent to Google. Cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
6. Fonts
Fonts are served locally from our server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or other font providers.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
8. ASPICE AI platform
Separate privacy information and data processing agreements will apply to the future AI workspace (customer accounts, document analysis, video conferencing) and will be published before its release.
